Wildschönauer ski lifts
26 ski lifts, 70 perfectly groomed ski slopes, the "Pistengütesiegel" -- a certificate for well-groomed ski slopes and their infrastructure, enormous hospitality... these are merely a few of the advantages the Wildschönauer ski lifts have to offer. The selection of ski runs ranges from practice slopes for beginners, along wide runs for the common skier, up to FIS-slopes for the professionals who want to test their skills. There are even added a variation of deep-snow ranges, steep slopes, and a high-speed slope. Of course there is a snow guarantee during the winter-sport’s season from start of December until start of April.
Ski & Board

Cross-country skiing

Enthusiasts of this sport can choose between the classic cross-country runs or two skating runs of all together a 50 kilometers length. This way you can discover the most beautiful spots of the valley.
Hiking in winter
It is a special experience to discover this lovely land on foot. The Wildschönau awaits you with 50 km of winter-hiking trails. This offer includes snow shoeing, nordic snow hiking, torchlight processions... Hiking tours under professional guidance are being offered as well. Ski schools – this is how to learn with pleasure!
Wildschönau contains five ski schools, which offer broad lesson programs on the fields of skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and carving. With pedagogical expertise and, most of all, a lot of fun, movement comes into the snow. 150 ski teachers are standing ready for you during the winter months. Apart from the arts of moving in the snow, one can pick up a few things about the Wildschönau, its traditions and peculiarities.
